does now.
*reading*
from what little i've seen of actual japanesse animation - i'd say every "rule" here works out - minus the fact that the animators would get lazy and flip 2 or 3 frames back and forth in a sequence and hope that everyone watching will think that they actually drew all the frames on the tape.
the matrix could also apply to the URL - that's why i don't like that movie.

My feelings about Japanimation (or whatever you "trendy" Jap-culture people call it now.)
Japanese cartoon drawing is EXCELLENT. Very detailed, very true to form (Except the BUXOM anime babes...but who cares?! *drool*), and very artistically sound.
Japanese cartoon animation SUCKS. Sure, it's the same detailed, well-done drawings, but they cut WAY too many corners, they cheapen everything they can...I can't stand 5 minute conversations that only use 4 different frames...or keep the heads still and move only the mouths...If I wanted THAT, I could watch a one hour special of Conan O'Brien "interviewing" Clinton, Bush, etc.... |

#3, I will say that no other animators take as much attention to detail as they do, they even draw all the spent brass flying around in a gunfight |
