That guy apparently has several Minis. From what I could tell, this one was re-powerd with a Honda Civic engine (~110 hp), which made it fairly quick, considering how little weight it has to move. The clip starts off a bit slow, but towards the end, he manages to pass a few cars that are somewhat more performance-oriented in factory trim (some 911s and whatnot).
