#1, Actually, one of the BEST episodes of ST:TNG. It was a two-parter.
A high-ranking Cardassian drew Captain Picard into a trap, captured him, and started torturing him. In the room, there were 4 bright lights, and he repeatedly asked Picard how many lights there were. When Picard would say there were four, the Cardassian would say, "No, there are five lights", and would activate a pain-device that was implanted in Picard.
This goes on for most of the episode, and finally at the end, Picard is at his wit's end, but, unknown to him, he's about to be set free, but the Cardassian doesn't let him know that, and asks him ONE FINAL TIME how many lights there are (threatening a lifetime of punishment if he doesn't say five lights.)...and when Picard is looking them over, the other Cardassians coming to set him free come in, and he looks at them, looks at the torturing Cardassian, and screams what you hear in this shockwave file. |

| The episode's name was (if I remember correctly) "Chain of Command" or something like that... |

| BTW, Trooper, where'd you find this? I looked all over the main page of that site and couldn't find ANYTHING that led me to this... |
