| i read the first sentence and i didnt need to read anymore. whoever set up that damn law must have ecohippyitis...what a bunch of losers...i mean...how are they going to enforce this? have a man in each pasture smell for some cow or sheep cracking one off and slapping a fine on the farmer's ass? |

Back at the beginning of the greenhouse gas scare in the early 90's, there were similar laws propsed in most industiralized nations, luckily they didn't pass as the whole "Cow Fart" scare has pretty much been debunked as junk science
ANd how exactly are they going to stop DEER from burping? |
