thats an "aircraft" the russian's experimented with back in the cold war. basically it flys about 10 feet off the water and uses a cushion of air forced between the belly of the vehicle and the water to keep it airborne at abou 400 knots. lots of physics involved. pretty cool concept when you think about it. |

| #1, Heard about that plane on the Hitler-y channel...it creates a vortex that let's it stay grouned, YET, receives almost no friction from the water...pretty awesome. |
