#2, You were possibly not logged in on Linkage... just because you login on Rice or Not doesn't always necessarily mean you're logged in here...
...if you distinctly remember being logged in on Linkage when submitting it, well, then, I have no fucking clue. |

| #2, Depends on if you had the remember login box checked, etc. If you don't have that box checked and you close your browser and then come back to the page you will not be logged in. |
